Steps to prepare: 

  1. Leave the oven on 350°F
  2. Line two 15x10x1-inch baking pans with parchment paper
  3. Place tomatoes, cut sides, in the baking pan
  4. Apply oil
  5. Roast for 1 hour

  7. Remove skins from tomatoes
