Coursera Inc., an online education provider that offers courses on Coursester, has set its share price at the top of market in order raise US $519 million through initial public offering (IPO).

The company and stockholders who sold purchased 15.73million shares from Tuesday morning’s Session A deal priced them between 30 cents-33 range currently valued around 4 billion dollars instead if it were diluted by employee options or restricted stocks units which could bring total value higher.

The Coursera Inc., a Mountain View-based startup, has been on an upward trajectory since it began operations in 2011.

The company operates with more than 200 schools and educators to provide courses for certificate completion as well online learning platforms such that they can collaborate together through this platform which was filed under “Coursera” at Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers (KPCB) along New Enterprise Associates(NRA).

They also have raised USD130milion dollars from them alone last July!

Udemy, Inc., a company that provides online education and learning platforms to teach people about different topics such as cooking or coding has raised money in order for them be able offer their services across more countries.

They also told investors they could potentially launch an IPO this year which would make Udemies one of the most valuable startups on Earth!
