Cheslie kryst – The former beauty queen and attorney leaped to her death from the 60th floor of a Midtown high-rise around 7:15 am on Sunday. She had just won participation in this year’s Miss Universe competition, which would have been quite an impressive feat for anyone, especially considering it is still very much underway.

With a heavy heart, we share the news of Cheslie kryst’s passing. She was an inspiration to many and will be remembered for the great light that lived within herself and everyone else she touched during life with love in every word spoken or action taken.
The woman who jumped from the building was said to be “not only beautiful but also smart – she had a law degree and lived an incredibly privileged life. It’s sad news that someone with so much going for them would choose this course of action.

In October 2019, Kryst shared her tips on how she coped with stress.
“The most important thing I did is talk to a counselor,” said the influencer in an interview for World Mental Health Day (October 26). She added: “She’s really easy to chat to and gives me great strategies, especially if I’m sad or happy.” Not talking through issues at home or work while streaming videos online and watching favorite movies end of day routines are essential, so it’s possible to take some time off from technology overload.
In 2020, she discussed the issue again in an interview with The Hilltop.
“There are three things I’m doing concerning self-care,” said Cheslie kryst.” No 1: My alarm rings daily at 6:45 am – it’s time for breakfast.
” She explained how setting a regular schedule helps her be more productive throughout each workday while not allowing distractions before deadlines or important meetings” .
Third, Cheslie kryst said, “I have a regular workout schedule which keeps my body healthy and minds sharp.”
