Project Ceti Ai Dominicawelch
Project Ceti Ai Dominicawelch – Cetaceans are more than just animals; they’re beings that can understand what other creatures think and feel. Now one team of researchers has started an exciting new project to connect humans with this intelligent species by creating a way for both parties involved-whether it’s whales or people who’ve been studying them their entire lives -to communicate easily through sign language.
Dr.Gruber started to study whale language; his clicking sounds were heard by a colleague computer scientist who helped him with artificial intelligence research. They connected because it reminded them both of Morse Code–a system where letters are represented by combinations of signals of light & sound. Through this link between nature’s wonders (whale)and man-created technology(morse code), we can see how much more complex our world is.
The researchers are training machine-learning algorithms to understand whale communications, but they need more data for these programs to work.

There aren’t many examples available now – which makes sense because this type of research does not happen often! With millions provided by an upcoming grant from organizations like CCGS (the Canadian Copywrite grants site), we may finally see some progress made on understanding what whales say when communicating among themselves underwater.
The researchers set out on a mission to capture large quantities of conversations from whales. They believe that this will allow them to decipher what these creatures are thinking about, which could provide insight into their animal behavior and anatomy – but it’ll remain unclear how the whale’s immense brain views its surroundings without any comprehension whatsoever.
