The famous son of Penn Badgley and Domino Kirke, James was born on August 11 in New York City. He celebrates his birthday this year-the same day as he turns two.

Domino announced her pregnancy in February 2020 with the following words

“YOU’RE ALREADY TEACHING US HOW TO STAY DURING THE DAY IN A WAY WE NEVER HAD TO DO, LITTLE ONE. THANK YOU.”

James arrived in this world after C-section surgery, and his mother expressed her happiness with a post where she said:

“THANK GOD FOR MY C-BIRTH. THEY CUT ME OPEN AND RELIEVED THE PRESSURE THAT HAD BUILT UP SINCE CHILDHOOD. AN ESCAPE ROUTE FOR MY 10-POUND SON.”

James is of mixed ethnicity but hails from an especially unique background. His father’s side features Irish and French Canadian ancestry, while his mother comes from England with roots in Iraq Jewish legend.

The star child is blessed with an older half-brother named Cassius Riley. He was born to his mother and her previous relationships, which included being in love again after something short but meaningful this time around. The father of James’s existence also had two other marriages that led him into Lambo mode: music producer Morgan O’Kane from 2011 until 2013; actress Blake Lively between 2012 -2013.

James Badgley’s Parents are Celebs

James’ parents are both well-known personalities. His father, an American actor, and musician, best known for his role in Gossip Girl (2007 – 2012), has allowed him to explore Hollywood while growing up across town from where they lived. Still, it was when James got older that he realized how much influence they had on each other’s careers.

He’s been in the industry for over two decades and has worked on some of our favorite shows like Will & Grace. He also starred as a protagonist in multiple TV series, such as Gracia Brothershand’s What I Like About You-not forgetting his work behind the camera where he voices several video games, including Mario Golf (1999) AND Tennis 64(2000). And if that wasn’t enough, scoring music videos alongside other bands, MOTHXR.

In addition, he’s won multiple awards, including one from the MTV movie & tv awards, another Young Artist Award, and six nominations at Teen Choice Awards just last year.

His mother, Domino Kirke, is an English-American actress and singer. She was trained by her father, who started singing at nine years old before meeting Jordan Galland in high school, where they formed a band called “DOMINO.” Their song Green Umbrella won first prize for Best Musical Form from Da Vinci Film & Video Festival 2006; furthermore, it also featured on their album The Guard, recorded entirely in Brooklyn.

SHE WAS SEXUALLY ABUSED IN HER CHILDHOOD

The famous actress and singer had never spoken much about the sexual assault that she experienced when she was six years old. However, in a post on April 8, 2022, this topic came up because people often wonder if you have ever had to happen to yourself or someone close.

James’ Parent’s Relationship Journey

The couple walked down the aisle on February 27, 2017, in a New York courthouse. The ceremony was peaceful and attended by some close friends, including Debra Brass, who later celebrated their get-together with them at an event that same month.

It’s been said to have included multiple celebrities such as Mariska Hargitay and Zac Posen.

James and Taylor have been dating for a few years, but the lovebirds keep their romance under wraps. Their relationship started in 2014 after they met at an awards ceremony; however, when asked whether James’ mother thinks he is serious with this girl – her answer was negative.

“I HAD A GOOD TIME WITH MY KID, AND WE WERE LIKE THIS LITTLE TEAM. PENN AND I WERE DATING, BUT OBVIOUSLY IT WASN’T NEARLY AS SERIOUS AS IT IS NOW. I DIDN’T THINK MARRIAGE WAS FOR US.”

The couple has been together for over a decade, and they have one son.

James lives a happy and wonderful life with their parents and his older half-brother. The family of four currently lives in the beautiful $1,8 million mansion they own on Brooklyn’s waterfront (which also happens to be where some ports are located). They enjoy each other’s company so much more than most families do– James said it feels like “we’re related.”
